LUIS CÉSAR SAMPEDRO
I adapt to the teams I manage and try to have a recognizable style of play. Make decisions with a cool head, regardless of the pressure of the moment and the environment. I establish medium and long-term ties with which to improve performance. I take advantage of technologies to know the way to improve my players, skills and detect the weaknesses of the rivals. Work together with my team to improve ourselves.
I want the team to become an ecosystem where we can all grow professionally.
